Having a plan can also help to avoid or reduce the impact of the violence, even if you decide to remain in the home.

El plan de seguridad es una manera de prepararse y disminuir el riesgo que existe dentro de una relación violenta. Además le sirve para conocer cuáles alternativas tiene para solucionar su problema y para saber qué va a hacer en caso de emergencia.
